Enhancing performance and adaptiveness of organisations through strategic change management
Supporting organisations in their change processes is at the heart of PICO. We generally use a systemic approach to change management and organisational development which enables effective and efficient change processes. Change often starts with a strategic planning which requires an inclusive process of analysis, reviewing lessons and conceptualisation in order to develop sound positioning, priorities and strategies for an organisation. In addition, this focal area also deals with the further coaching of management in the change and realignment of organisations, facilitation of change processes, team development and competence development in the leadership and staff, as well as planning and management systems (e.g. LearningSystem) to improve effectiveness and efficiency of organisations in reaching their desired impacts and goals.
